First Siblings Reunion of 2009!

Finally! Another Siblings Reunion!

Children from the Regional Orphanage and the Children's Village recently traveled to Poludino, to the pre-school orphange, to visit their younger siblings. Due to the difference in their ages these children must live in separate orphanages. The school age children live in the Regional Boarding School Orphanage or the Children's Village in Petropavlovsk, and the younger children live in the preschool orphanage, about an hour away, in Poludino. Sometimes the younger children travel to Petropavlovsk to see their older siblings. We try to sponsor siblings reunions once a month, so the children can spend time together. It is always a special time! Sometimes, due to holidays, breaks, the weather, or quarantines, these reunions do not happen that often.
