After a three hour delay in Atlanta and changing to a different plane we finally made it to Frankfurt!!! Our stand-by seats were in Business Class. What a treat!
We are staying the night (Saturday) at the Ibis Hotel (Thanks Cindy!) and will catch a plane tomorrow evening to Astana. Then comes the fun...the prop plane to Petro. We hope we get Business Class again -lol! (Those of you who have flown this route before will understand the humor in that!) We will arrive in Petropavlovsk on Monday.
We're catching our breath, catching up on sleep, and trying to adjust to the six hour time difference. Tomorrow we will travel four more time zones! We'll post more from Petro!
