An Outing to the Park During Our September 2007 Trip

This "Friday's Footnote" invovles an incident where Laura lost her shoe on an adventurous spinning, upside down ride during an outing to the amusement park. When the ride ended, the shoe was located and returned to Laura's foot.


The amazing thing about this adventure is that Laura does not usually ride on rides that go around. (You can almost get dizzy just looking at these pictures!) Friends and family, who know her, were astonished to see these photos.


Laura has such a big heart and has been helping children in Kazakhstan for six years now! There was no way she would disappoint this child and NOT go on this ride when asked.
